E. Can I get free sample? Or what is the policy of sample order in your company?
Our free sample policy. We will refund sample fee after our customer placing MOQ order to us.
For the flag sample, we will prepare the 3pcs samples for you.
For the flagpole samples,.Regular models can be provided with samples, if mold opening is required, specific discussion is required.
Whatever flag or flagpole samples, the shipping cost should be freight collect.
