We specialize in producing all kinds of rivets, bolts, studs, nuts, which are widely used in automotive chassis, engine, clutch assembly, brake series and hardware tools series. We have all kinds of materials such as copper, brass, iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum. We can supply different surface finish, like environmental protection blue-white zinc plated, color zinc plated, black zinc plated, copper plated, Ni plated, phosphating, blackening, oiling, polishing and so on. We are certified by the IATF 16949 Quality System, and Environmental Assessment System. We also have two registered trademarks -Baitong and ZGF. In order to serve customers better, our company is equipped with multistations cold heading machines such as Taiwan Yeswin Header , Shanghai Changyan Header, thread rolling machines, full and semi-automatic numerically controlled lathes, multi-tonnage punch machine, many high frequency machine, metallurgic micro-hardness machine, automatic pull machine, salt spraying test machine, projector, metallographic cutting machine, etc. We follow domestic standards (GB) and international standards (ANSI, DIN, BS, etc.). We also can produce various non-standard products according to customers’ requirements. Our main domestic customers are the tier 1 and tier 2 OEM in China.
