5.    Collection procedure:

5.1         Installation of collecting funnel,clockwise tightening;

5.2         Gently press both cheeks, spit saliva gently into the funnel vials, to the 1-2ml line.

5.3         Screw down the funnel and tighten the cap.

Dos and don’ts: Don not drink, eat or chew gum 30minutes before sampling. Gargle with clear water.
