PP1micron needle felt

General Speaking,  polypropylene needle felt is made of  high quality polypropylene fiber which is selected. In addition to some advantages of common  needle felt, polypropylene fiber has more excellent acid resistance, alkali resisitance  and better  softening point than polyester fiber, and the hydrolysis stability of polypropylene fiber is excellent. Therefore, polypropylene needle felt  is generally  used in occasions with temperature below 100℃ and higher acid-base  degree or liquid with higher acid-base degree in the field of solid separation, it is used  together with plate and fram filter, vacuum filter, bag filter, centrifugal filter and other liquid  filter equipment.
