1.for the pump body and pump cover of the airless sprayer, we are making the metal machining at the CNC machining center, so we control the machining accuracy from the source.

we have special 10 CNC machining centres for processing pump body and pump covers.

2.for key parts including bearing, motor and seal gasket, we make the life test before assembling; then in the assembling line, we test the machines 100%. After assembling, we require to pick up the reasonable quantity for final life test again. We have very strict quality control system.
