Ideal for quick, uniform and fat-free cooking, extremely resistant to scratches and abrasions, ARTECH® STONE ULTRA uses a triple-layer non-stick coating.

 it is made up of a FIRST NON-STICK LAYER with mineral particles, a SECOND NON-STICK REINFORCED with extra-large particles for superior resistance to scratches and abrasions, THIRD NON-STICK FINISH LAYER with microcrystals.

 it is a 100% natural coating, without PFOA, nickel or BPA (Bisphenol A, a chemical compound used in the production of some plastic materials).

 it is equipped with NET INDUCTION® technology thanks to which you can cook in less time while consuming less energy. The special woven steel mesh makes the most of inductive magnetic fields.

 It has been created using "impact bonding" technology, a patented hot pressure process that ensures perfect anchoring of the induction bottom to the aluminum body.
