As an important supporting project for Zhejiang Province to participate in the Fourth International Fair, haitaohui aims to combine with the International Fair in the second half of the year to create an import fair that will never end; Combining with the China Central and Eastern European countries Expo and international consumer goods Expo in the same period, it aims to give full play to the advantages of the strong domestic market, promote the flow of goods, personnel and other elements, and run the China Central and Eastern European countries Expo and international consumer goods expo well with high quality; Combined with the construction of key import platform, it aims to improve the province's import trade system, create a "World supermarket" of imported goods, and promote the construction of a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other.

With the theme of "home stay", "tourism" and "progressive Street", haitaohui gathers the key import commodity markets and key cross-border e-commerce platforms in the whole province, builds a distribution system for international import commodities entering the Yangtze River Delta and China's market, and creates Zhejiang's never ending "World supermarket" for entering the Expo and import commodities.
