EIMA International is one of the world's three major agricultural machinery exhibitions, making significant contributions to promoting the development of the global agricultural machinery industry and occupying a pivotal position in the global agricultural machinery industry. The exhibition was founded in 1969 and is an international large-scale agricultural, forestry, and horticultural machinery professional exhibition jointly organized by the Italian Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers and the Bologna Exhibition Group. It is held every two years. The five main theme exhibitions of the exhibition, namely "EIMA Accessories", "EIMA Renewable Energy", "EIMA Digital Exhibition Area", "EIMA Landscape Greening", and "EIMA Irrigation", provide a professional platform for exhibitors from all over the world to showcase advanced agricultural technologies.
The long-term outbreak of the epidemic has pressed the pause button for almost all exhibition activities. After the suspension of EIMA International due to the epidemic in 2020, it was successfully held in October 2021; As the only international exhibition successfully held in the agricultural industry, after a year, all industry professionals are very excited and looking forward to the resurgence of EIMA.
The Bologna International Agricultural and Landscape Machinery Exhibition in Italy will be held again from November 6th to 10th, 2024 at the Bologna Exhibition Center, with attendance approaching pre pandemic record levels. It is expected that approximately 2000 exhibitors from 150 countries and over 300000 professional visitors will attend the exhibition. More than 130 special meetings will be presented on site, covering topics such as technology, economy, and policy; All attendees will discuss strategic issues such as sustainable development and digital technology transformation of the agricultural machinery industry chain under the rapid acceleration of the agricultural economy.
