C & S was established in November, 1991 in Linhai City, Zhejiang, China. During the past nearly three decades, we grow steadily from a small pop and mom shop to a 20,000 plus square meters factory. We are successfully integrate production, marketing, sales, R & D together and form a very versatile company. Other than flags and banners, we are capable to provide flag poles, pole brackets, windsocks and various items to accomdate customers' need. We are well equipped with modern technology. Currently, we can perform spot print, screen print, sublimated and digital print on various material. Our customers include several world known names, such as Disney Group, Wla-Mart, Lowes’ and so on. Just name a few, we printed Official Flags for 2006, 2010，2014 Wolrd Cups, 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic, 2010 Vencouver Winter Olympic and 2012 London Summer Olympic flags. Of course, we also print for 2016 Brazil Olympic game. We are certified to be one of National Flag Manufacturors by China Government.
